Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm your bespoke program of tours and transportation services we need a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 28th of July 2026 via credit/debit card. The final 70% must be paid via the same method no later than 15 days prior to the start of the first service. If you wish to confirm at a later stage we will need to re-study our availability and to re-quote the services.

Grand total of your bespoke program of tours and transportation services: 4468 Euros

30% deposit needed no later than the 28th of July 2026 at 11:59pm (Madrid time) to confirm all services: 1340,4 Euros

Final 70% needed no later than 15 days prior to the start of the first service, to pay the program in full: 3127,6 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel a tour more than 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge the 30% of the cost of the tour only.
– If you cancel a tour between 15 and 8 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel a tour between 7 and 4 days prior to its scheduled departure, we will charge 70% of the full cost of the tour and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel a tour 3 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour.
(*) Please also note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, services and activities included in a tour.
