Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm your trip at the specified price (12800 Euros), we needed a deposit of 3172,5 Euros no later than the 26th of July 2026 via credit/debit card. This has already been paid. The balance must be paid no later than 20 days prior to the start of the trip via this same method.

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your trip more than 20 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 25% of the full cost of the trip only.
– If you cancel your trip between 20 and 10 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 35% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 65%.
– If you cancel your trip between 9 and 3 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 40% of the full cost of the trip and will refund the remaining 60%.
– If you cancel your trip 2 days or less prior to its scheduled start we will charge 100% of the full cost of the trip.
