Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this trip at this price we required a deposit of 1708,5 Euros no later than the 12th of July 2026. This has already been paid.
Another payment of 1557 Euros is required no later than 6 months prior to the start of the trip. The final 70% of the grand total of the trip (7619,5 Euros) must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trip.

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your trip more than 6 months prior to its scheduled start, we will charge the initial payment of 1708,5 Euros only
– If you cancel your trip between 6 months and 30 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 30% of the full cost of the trip.
– If you cancel your trip between 30 and 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel your trip between 17 and 10 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 60% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 40%.
– If you cancel your trip between 9 and 4 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 65% of the full cost of the trip and we will refund the remaining 35%.
– If you cancel your trip 3 days or less prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the trip.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, activities and services included in the trip.
