Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm your bespoke program of tours at the specified price we require a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than 2nd of October 2026. The final 70% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the tour program. If you wish to confirm at a later stage, we will need to re-study our availability and to re-quote the tour program.

30% deposit needed no later than the 2nd of October 2026 at 11:59pm (Madrid time) to confirm your tour program: 645 Euros

Final 70% needed no later than 30 days prior to the start of the tour program to pay it in full: 1505 Euros

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your tour program more than 30 days prior to the start of the trip, we will charge 30% of the full cost of the tour program only.
– If you cancel your tour program between 30 and 15 days prior to its scheduled start, we will charge 50% of the full cost of the tour program and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel the tour program between 14 and 7 days prior to its scheduled start we will charge 75% of the full cost of the tour program and we will refund the remaining 25%.
– If you cancel the tour program 6 days or less prior to its scheduled start we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour program.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration, activities and services included in the tour program.
