Confirmation and payments
In order to confirm this private day trip at this price, we require a 30% deposit of the grand total no later than the 14th of October via credit/debit card or bank wire transfer. The final 70% must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the start of the day trip.

30% deposit needed no later than the 14th of October to confirm he service: 169,5 Euros

Final 70% needed no later than 15 days prior to the start of the service to pay it in full: 395,5 Euros.

Cancellation policy
– If you cancel your tour more than 15 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge the 30% deposit only.
– If you cancel your tour between 15 and 8 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 50% of the grand total of the tour and we will refund the remaining 50%.
– If you cancel your tour between 7 and 3 days prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 70% of the grand total of the tour and we will refund the remaining 30%.
– If you cancel your tour 2 days or less prior to scheduled departure, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the tour.
(*) Please note that partial cancellations won’t result in partial refunds. This applies to the group size and to the duration of the tour.
